My name is Michele Dye, and I’m here to make your career dreams come true.
Building upon my own experiences of my 22-year career and my recent research in graduate school, I created Dyenamic Career Goals to help Millennials create thriving careers. In my online courses and coaching, I help clients:

Prepare for their performance review.
Position themselves for promotion.
Find a higher-paying job with more growth potential.
Renegotiate their salary.
Focusing on these four things are extremely important if you want to accelerate your career. Because the reality is your boss probably doesn’t know what you do every day—even when you regularly communicate with them. I teach my clients strategies that empower them to take control of their career and how to leverage their success.
So why do I do what I do? I know my life’s mission is to help others. There’s a big need for professional development opportunities and mentoring. I am on a mission to help talented, hard-working women take control of their careers by showing them how to create their own opportunities. You cannot afford to wait for someone to recognize you or reward you for your hard work…you have to do that yourself.
