QUESTIONS ABOUT THE $27 TRIAL WEEK
How long does the $27 trial last?
The $27 trial starts Thursday, September 21.
Will the $27 trial automatically enroll me in the membership?
NO! It is a one-time payment to try out the Get Hired Hotline. If you decide you want to stay longer you can purchase week by week or you can become a member for additional bonuses and cost savings.
What is the refund policy if I don’t like the $27 Hotline trial?
The trial is so ridiculously cheap for the help you’re receiving that we do not offer refunds. All trials are nonrefundable, so DO NOT buy if you have a habit of buying things that you never use.
QUESTIONS FOR THE MEMBERSHIP OPTION
When does the Hotline begin and how long does it last?
Your access begins once you register and set up your 15-minute onboarding call. You have the option to sign up as a member and stay in the Hotline as long as you need to with a weekly, automatic payment required. The only exception to this is if you enroll in the $27 Trial. That has a specific start and stop date.
I’ve done other group coaching or online training programs, and there were hundreds or thousands of students. Do you limit enrollment to ensure that I get personalized help?
Enrollment will be capped in the Hotline at 20 people.
What is the refund policy if I sign up to be a Hotline Member?
We want you to love this experience. If this kind of support is not right for you, we offer a 7-day refund policy from your initial purchase, but only if you complete the survey, onboarding call and have asked at least 1 question in the group chat.
After this time period, there are no more refunds. You will have to cancel your membership prior to your next billing cycle.
Do not join if you buy things that you never use. Do not join if you want to do a smash and grab—access everything for 7 days and then ask for a refund. If you request a refund for this program, you will be disqualified from joining again in the future.
How do I cancel the membership?
Email our help team at hello@dyenamiccareergoals.com at least 24 hours before your next membership charge. Membership fees are non refundable so please cancel in advance to avoid unwanted charges.
Tips about when your automatic membership payments occur: If you sign up on a Friday at 3 p.m. EDT, then your next membership charge will be the next Friday at 3 p.m. EDT. You would need to send Michele a cancellation email 24 hours before your next charge date. In this example, you’d need to initiate your cancellation prior to Thursday at 3 p.m. EDT.
If you submit your cancellation AFTER the deadline, we will cancel the membership before your next billing cycle, and you’ll have access to all of the membership benefits until your membership officially ends.
For example, your billing cycle is Friday at 3 p.m. EDT, but you submit a cancelation request on Saturday. You will have access until the following Friday.
You will not be refunded or prorated if you cancel after the deadline.
